Xavier Germain

Xavier Germain, MBA, currently serves as Finance Manager at Brigham and Women's Hospital, overseeing the Division's research portfolio and managing finances for over 200 grants, handling more than $18 million in direct costs annually. Prior to this role, Xavier worked as Account Manager for the Massachusetts Department of Public Health, coordinating state and federal grant funding and managing a portfolio valued at approximately $94 million. Experience as a Human Resources Payroll Analyst at the Massachusetts Executive Office of Health and Human Services included processing payroll for over 1,000 employees and conducting trainings for new hires. Earlier in career, Xavier held roles at Travelers as an Insurance Property Claim Professional and Operational Specialist, managing claims and ensuring compliance with regulations. Xavier holds an MBA in Organizational Leadership and a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, both from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth.
