Rachel Napolitano

Rachel Napolitano currently serves as the Community Liaison at Bright Beginnings, where responsibilities include building community partnerships and referrals to services for families with children aged 12 and under in Cuyahoga County. Rachel will commence a two-year term on the Unite Ohio Community Advisory Council for Northeast Ohio in January 2024. Prior experiences include a role as Service Coordinator at YWCA Greater Cleveland, where management of volunteer and service partnerships took place, as well as coordination of significant events, including a national conference on racism as a public health crisis and the YWCA Women of Achievement Luncheon. Rachel's background also includes positions in community organizing, marketing, and program development, including work with immigrant and refugee populations. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in English and Organizational Communications from Xavier University and various certificates in homeownership education and neighborhood leadership.
