Nisheeth Singh

Nisheeth Singh has a strong background in operations management and process improvement. Nisheeth most recently served as the Chief Executive Officer at Bright Direction Dental starting in October 2022, and before that, they were the Chief Operating Officer at the same company from October 2020.

Prior to their role at Bright Direction Dental, Singh worked at Athletico as the Vice President of Operational Excellence from April 2020 to October 2020. In this role, they led initiatives to navigate the COVID-19 crisis and implemented process transformations and change management strategies across a network of over 500 clinics.

From January 2017 to October 2019, Singh was the Senior Vice President of Operations at Vein Clinics of America. Nisheeth played a crucial role in leading and transforming the operations of this multi-site healthcare provider.

Singh also has experience in business process improvement and culture transformation, having worked as the Senior Director of Business Process Improvement at Surgical Care Affiliates from August 2015 to January 2017. Prior to that, Singh held roles at IDEXX Laboratories as the Senior Manager of Worldwide Lean Six Sigma and Quality from September 2010 to August 2015, and at Accenture as a Manager from May 2008 to September 2010. In these roles, they led continuous improvement programs and implemented Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.

Earlier in their career, Singh worked at Sears Holdings Management Corporation as an Internal Project Consultant from September 2005 to April 2008, at Rock-Tenn Company as a Six Sigma Black Belt from October 2003 to September 2005, and at Ford Motor Company as a New Model Programs Process Engineer from February 2001 to October 2003.

Nisheeth Singh obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in 1999. Later, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Project Management from Northwestern University and completed it in 2003. Additionally, Nisheeth Singh obtained several certifications, including Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from George Group in 2004 and Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt from Accenture in 2009. Nisheeth also holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
