Becky Monnens

Becky Monnens has over 20 years of work experience. In 2000, they began their career as Development and Orientation Director at Unidad Academica Campesina de Carmen Pampa. Becky then moved to the Carmen Pampa Fund in 2003, where they served as Administrative Manager. In the same year, they joined Mano a Mano International as Manager of Operations and Director of the Global Leadership Institute. In 2007, they began working at The McKnight Foundation as a Program Administrator and Program Officer. In 2015, they became Program and Operations Manager at Black Hills Area Community Foundation. In 2021, they began working at Unite Us as Community Engagement Manager and in 2022, they began working at Bright Funds as International Program Manager.

Becky Monnens received their M.A. in Organizational Leadership, with a concentration in Strategic Management from St. Catherine University in 2006. Prior to that, they earned a B.A. and B.S. in Political Science and Spanish, respectively, from South Dakota State University in 2000.
