Srinagesh Vitthanala

Srinagesh Vitthanala is the CEO of Bright Funds, a position they have held since December 2016. Prior to that, they were the Vice President of Software Development at Financial Engines from April 2001 to December 2016.

Srinagesh has been instrumental in transforming the culture of Bright Funds, moving it towards dev ops and predictive and prescriptive analytics. Srinagesh has also overseen the launch of a new initiative to handle various complex financial needs using dedicated advisors.

Under Srinagesh's leadership, the teams at Bright Funds are responsible for marketing, advisor support, asset management, and release and integration testing for complex features. Thanks to their efforts, Bright Funds is able to manage over $120B in assets and advise on over $1T in assets.

Srinagesh Vitthanala has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management, a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Queen's University, an MS in Control Systems from Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, and an Engineer’s Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Andhra University, Visakhapatnam. Srinagesh also has certification from Agile Scrum Master and Harvard Business School in Harvard Managementor.
