Mindy Setzler Kolodziej

Mindy Setzler Kolodziej is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in health plan operations and client management. Currently serving as AVP of Health Plan Operations Planning and Administration at Bright Health since August 2020, Mindy functions as Chief of Staff for the COO, overseeing multiple areas including annual readiness, metric reporting, and the decommissioning of lines of business. Prior roles include Director of Business Process Improvement at Bright Health, where Mindy led the launch of the FI Small Business Line, as well as a tenure at Clear Spring Health Care as Director of Sales Operations. From January 1987 to August 2017, Mindy held various senior positions at UnitedHealth Group, including Sr. Director of Client Management and Program Management Office and VP of Small Business Operations. Earlier experience includes underwriting at The Travelers Company. Mindy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Music from Mount Holyoke College.
