Stephen Montgomery has over two decades of experience in IT support and management, currently serving as the Director of IT Support at Bright Horizons since March 1999. In this role, Stephen oversees the IT and Telco service desks, ensuring adherence to published Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and high standards of customer service.
