Micha Roon is an experienced technology leader currently serving as the Head of Engineering at The Hashgraph Association, focusing on innovation projects through training and mentorship. Micha is the owner and founder of managination, a company dedicated to enhancing software development processes. Previously, Micha held roles such as Head of Web3 Engineering at NOUMENA DIGITAL AG, Chief Technology Officer at bonq, and Chief Innovation Officer at Energy Web, contributing to significant advancements in decentralized technology and self-sovereign finance. Micha has also served as a Foundation Board member and CTO at Share&Charge, a Blockchain Advisory Board member at the IIB Council, and an advisor at PioneerVentures.io and SwissBorg. Micha’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Lausanne and advanced studies in Fintech at MIT, complemented by a PMP certification in Project Management.
