Paulina Trendel

Paulina Trendel is a Recruitment Specialist at Bright Inventions since October 2021, responsible for overseeing hiring activities, connecting with potential candidates, and supporting the HR manager to ensure a positive candidate experience. Previously, Paulina worked as an IT Recruiter at Neoteric from August 2019 to September 2021, where responsibilities included conducting end-to-end recruitment processes across various roles, collaborating closely with Hiring Managers, and fostering long-term relationships with candidates through effective communication and feedback. Paulina obtained a Magister (Mgr) degree in Psychology from Uniwersytet im. Adama Mickiewicza w Poznaniu, where studies were completed from 2014 to 2019.
