Kea Martin

Kea Martin has worked in various roles in the scientific field since 2007. Kea began as an Intern at Fundación Ciencia Para La Vida in 2007, followed by a Bachelor Student role at Novartis in 2008. In 2010, they became a HiWi_scientific assistant at dkfz - German Cancer Research Center, followed by a Master Student role at Cancer Immunology, Dept. of Biomedicine in 2011. In 2012, they became a PhD Student at Cancer Immunology, Dept. of Biomedicine, University Hospital Basel, and then a Postdoc at Novartis Institutes for BioMedical Research (NIBR) in 2015. Most recently, they have held a Scientist role at Polyneuron Pharmaceuticals AG since 2020, and will be taking on a Scientist role at Bright Peak Therapeutics in 2022.

Kea Martin obtained a Master's Degree in Biotechnology - Biomedical Science and Technology from Hochschule Mannheim in 2011. Before that, in 2009, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Biotechnology from the same institution. Additionally, they hold a certification in Labortierkunde_LTK1 from the University of Zurich.
