Clea Arrieta

Human Resources Consultant, DEI Specialist at Bright + Early

Clea Arrieta has a diverse professional background in human resources, talent management, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives. Currently serving as a Board Member and Chair of the Talent and Culture Committee at QueerTech, Clea is committed to empowering LGBTQ2S+ communities within the tech ecosystem. In addition, Clea works as a Human Resources Consultant and DEI Specialist at Bright + Early and will assume a Board Member role at Mabuhay House in 2024, contributing to the development of the Filipino Cultural Centre in British Columbia. Previous roles include Facilitator for Out On Screen, where workshops focused on LGBTQ+ issues in schools, and Director of People Operations at New/Mode, overseeing organizational policies and systems. Experience at lululemon encompassed various positions, including Talent Operations Specialist, where Clea promoted inclusion and optimized onboarding processes. Clea holds a Human Resources Management and Services Certificate from the British Columbia Institute of Technology.
