Lauren Mercurio-Smith

Lauren Mercurio-Smith is an experienced Human Resources Consultant currently at Bright + Early since March 2021. Previous roles include Manager of People and Culture and Culture Manager at Inkbox from April 2017 to March 2021, where responsibilities included fostering company culture and employee engagement. Lauren also worked as Property Manager at Airbnb from August 2014 to March 2017, providing high-quality hospitality to over two hundred clients. Additional experience includes working at Bubba's House Surf Hostel as Hiring Manager and in various roles to enhance customer service, as well as serving as a Summer Receptionist and Office Clerk at Aecon Group Inc.
