Juan Vargas

Juan leads, organizes, and optimizes Bright Power’s technology stack as the Director of Information Technology. Since Juan joined in February 2020, he has implemented technology that has enabled Bright Power’s workforce to stay connected regardless of their physical location.

Before joining Bright Power, Juan served Sabra Dipping Company for over seven years in a variety of IT roles. There he designed the internal IT project management framework and managed the global service desk.

Outside of work, Juan enjoys writing music on his guitar, engineering audio in his home studio, and playing Cards Against Humanity with his friends and family.
