Roni Rachmani

Roni Rachmani has a diverse background with experience in various industries. In 2012, they served in the Israel Defense Forces as a Combat Photographer, documenting combat and tactical operations and receiving an honor for their service. From 2016 to 2020, Roni worked in the Marketing Department at Sapir College. In 2018, they were a Program Coordinator at Masa Israel Journey.

Starting in 2019, Roni held the role of Technical Operations Manager at Noa Tanua, a non-profit operating mass transit on weekends. They established an operations and control team, built the tech stack from scratch, and managed the recruitment and training of staff. They also led web platform design and development and the procurement and integration of an organizational CRM system. Roni additionally undertook projects involving mapping using SQL to KML and GTFS and coordinated with municipal GIS teams and development teams.

From 2020 to 2021, Roni worked as a Technical Project Manager at Unilever, where they managed the implementation of a computer vision system for identifying products on shelves. They improved operational efficiency through system data aggregation, audits, and analysis procedures and facilitated alignment with development teams and internal stakeholders.

Starting in 2021, Roni served as a Product Operations Manager at Just Eat Takeaway.com. They managed the transition from development to production, developed GTM product education and communication processes, and created standardized product onboarding and documentation. They provided insights to product teams by incorporating inputs from products, system logic, dependencies, and risks. Additionally, they managed and delivered a scalable induction for the fintech arm of the company, Takeaway Pay.

Currently, Roni holds the position of Product Delivery Manager at Bright, starting in 2023.

Roni Rachmani's education history includes various academic pursuits and certifications. Roni studied Engineering Operations at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem starting from 2023. Prior to that, from 2016 to 2020, Roni obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Logistics with a specialization in transport from Sapir College. Roni also completed the Google Project Management Certificate program on Coursera, which was started but does not have a specified end year. In 2015, Roni pursued Entrepreneurship at BDO, Maof Israel. Before that, they attended the IDF School of Communications with a focus on Media Relations and PR in 2013.

Additionally, Roni achieved several certifications in various fields. In May 2023, Roni obtained the Product Operations Certified | Masters certification from Product-Led Alliance. They also acquired the JumpCloud Core Certification from JumpCloud in January 2023. Roni completed the Agile in Jira certification by Atlassian in December 2022, along with the Jira Fundamentals certification. In July 2022, Roni obtained the Intelligent Automation Foundations certification from LinkedIn. They secured the Agile Project Management certification from Google in June 2022, as well as certifications in Lean Foundations, Lean Six Sigma Foundations, and Process Mining for Robotic Process Automation from LinkedIn in the same month. Roni also completed the Foundations of Project Management, Project Execution: Running the Project, Project Initiation: Starting a Successful Project, and Project Planning: Putting It All Together certifications from Google in May 2022. Furthermore, Roni obtained certifications in various topics such as web3 and the metaverse, improving thinking, augmented and virtual reality, blockchain basics, onboarding new hires as a manager, training tips, and learning Confluence 2018 from LinkedIn between 2021 and 2022.
