Aubrey Kuperman has a diverse work experience. Aubrey began their career in 2013 as a Tutor at Club Z! In-Home Tutoring Services. From 2013 to 2015, they held three positions at the University of Central Florida, including Adjunct Professor, Leadership Studies, Assistant Director, Office of Undergraduate Research, and Coordinator, Office of Undergraduate. In 2013, they also worked as a Program Coordinator, Honors Educational Reach Out (HERO) Program at Public Allies. In 2021, they became a Client Success Associate at Mursion. Currently, they are a Senior Customer Experience Manager and Customer Experience Manager at Bright Software, Inc.

Aubrey Kuperman received a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Aubrey'story from the University of Central Florida in 2013. In October of 2013, they obtained a Volunteer Management certification from the Philanthropy & Nonprofit Leadership Center at Rollins College. In 2014, they went on to pursue a Masters of Education in Education Policy and Management from Harvard Graduate School of Education, which they completed in 2015.
