Christophe Celard has worked in various roles in the recruiting and operations industry since 2011. In 2011, they were a Research Associate for Executive Search at Page Executive. Christophe then moved to Michael Page in 2012, where they were a Consultant for Russia and CIS Executive Search. In 2014, they became a Senior Recruiter for Technology, Russia & CIS at K2 Partnering Solutions. In 2015, they worked as a Leadership Research Global (Contract) at King. Finally, from 2016 to 2022, they worked at Riot Games in various roles, including HR & Ops, Hong Kong & Singapore Studio, Talent (AKA HR) Lead, Hong Kong & Singapore Studio, Senior HR Business Partner - Hong Kong & Singapore, HR Business Partner - UK & EU, Leadership Recruiter, EU and Leadership Recruiter, Dublin. In 2022, they became the VP of Operations at Bright Star Studios.

Christophe Celard attended ESSEC Business School from 2008 to 2012. In 2011, they also attended Plekhanov Academy of Economics Moscow, studying International Business and Economy.
