Eric Knutson

Eric Knutson has over 30 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Eric is currently employed as a Senior Director of Customer Success at Brightcove since February 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Wicket Labs Inc. from 2016 to 2022, where they held the position of Vice President of Client Services & Co-Founder. Eric also worked at Rhapsody International as a Senior Director of Strategic Operations from 2015 to 2022. Additionally, they have experience as a Principal at North Highland from 2013 to 2015 and as a Senior Associate at Point B Solutions Group from 2008 to 2013. Eric has a long tenure at RealNetworks, where they held various leadership positions, including General Manager and Senior Director. Eric started their professional career at Intermind and the Atlanta Committee for the Olympic Games before transitioning to a role as a Ticket Manager at the Seattle Mariners.
