Glen Morrison

Glen Morrison has over 20 years of work experience. Glen currently works at Brightcove as the Customer Success Director since September 2022. Before that, they served as the Manager - Global Services Delivery APAC for Brightcove from October 2021 to September 2022. Glen also worked as a Senior Project Manager - Global Professional Services at Brightcove from November 2017 to September 2022.

Prior to their time at Brightcove, Glen worked at censhare AG as a Technical Project Manager from July 2014 to July 2017. Glen managed various projects involving the censhare Digital Experience platform for SMEs and global leaders such as Egmont Publishing, Bauer Media, and Dyson. These projects included digital transformations, implementing new content workflows, content billing, cross-channel publishing, marketing campaigns, and marketing resource management.

Before censhare AG, Glen worked at Parragon as an MIS Project Manager from July 2013 to July 2014 and as a Business Analyst from January 2012 to June 2013. Glen also worked at Curo as a Systems Analyst & Programmer from February 2011 to January 2012.

Glen's earlier experiences include working at Loss Management Group as an IT Applications Developer from September 2006 to February 2011, at Simno Software Services as a Software Development Consultant (Contract) from March 2006 to September 2006, and at Avon Products Pty Brookvale as a Database Developer from June 2005 to September 2005. Glen also worked at Loss Management Group as a Systems Developer from December 2000 to February 2005.

Glen Morrison earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Business Computer Systems and Information Technology from the University of Gloucestershire, where they studied from 1995 to 1999. In addition to their formal education, Glen has obtained several certifications throughout their career. Glen received the Bronze Medallion from Surf Life Saving Australia in February 2020, completed PRINCE2® Foundation Certification Training at QA Ltd in April 2015, and completed a course titled "Java for Non C Programmers" at QA Ltd in July 2007. Furthermore, Glen obtained certifications in Microsoft SQL Server Database Administration from Interquad Learning in June 2003, and in Microsoft Access 2000 for Programmers from the same institution in February 2002.
