Marcela Ramírez

Marcela Ramírez has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Marcela started their career at M&T Consulting in 2014 where they handled local and international recruitment for operational, junior management, and managerial positions. In 2016, they joined Cognizant as an IT Sourcer, responsible for posting job openings, sourcing candidates, and managing candidate databases. Marcela then moved to Luxoft in 2017 and worked as an IT Recruiter, where they managed end-to-end recruitment processes for clients in various industries and engaged with candidates to provide relevant career opportunities. At Luxoft, they also served as an IT Researcher, assisting the senior recruitment team in identifying suitable candidates and utilizing social media channels for sourcing. Currently, since 2019, they have been working at Brightcove as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, leading full-cycle recruiting processes for global hiring teams and collaborating with managers to develop effective recruiting strategies. Marcela is experienced in identifying top talent, creating candidate pipelines, and evaluating potential candidates for open positions.

Marcela Ramírez pursued their education at the Universidad de Guadalajara from 2009 to 2014. During this time, they obtained a degree in "Licenciatura en Psicología" and also completed another degree in "Licenciatura" with a specialization in Psychology.
