Varsha Ahir

Varsha Ahir is an experienced professional in community management and advocacy engagement, currently serving as the Senior Community & Advocacy Engagement Manager at Brightcove since October 2022. Varsha also advises InstaLaw on partnership and growth opportunities while previously working as a Community Growth Consultant for Talk360, where community strategies were developed. As the Head of Community at Homeis, Varsha led initiatives for immigrant communities, significantly expanding user engagement. Earlier roles included senior management and social media positions at Pearl Academy and social media marketing at Birmingham City University, along with extensive experience at GroupM in media planning. Varsha holds a Master's degree from Birmingham City University, a PG Diploma in Communication from The Delhi School of Communication, and a Bachelor of Arts (Honors) in English from Delhi University.
