Harish Paila began their work experience at [24]7.ai in 2013, where they served as a Social Media Analyst until 2014. From 2014 to 2016, they worked at CONVERGYS INDIA SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED in a role as a Service Support specialist. In 2020, they joined The Performa Group, first as a Service Specialist from January to March, and then as a System Analyst & Software QA from March 2020 to March 2022. In 2022, they moved on to Clear Dynamics as a Support and Operations Analyst, where they worked until December 2022. Currently, in 2023, Harish holds the position of a Senior Application Support Analyst at Brighte.
Harish Paila completed their Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from GITAM Deemed University, graduating in 2013. Harish then pursued higher education and obtained a Master's degree in Information Systems from the University of Southern Queensland, where they studied from 2016 to 2018. In 2019, they enrolled in Performance Education to complete a Professional Year program in Information Technology, which they finished in 2020.
