Manager - Customer Support at BrightEdge

Dean M. has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Dean started their career as an Assistant Customer Service Manager at St John Ambulance in 2007 and worked there until 2010. From there, they joined Cision as a Senior Client Support Executive, where they stayed until 2013.

In 2014, Dean worked as a Client Services Executive at two different companies, Geotext Translations from February to November, and Grant Thornton UK LLP from November to October the following year.

In 2015, they joined Knewton as a Client Support Specialist and worked there until February 2017.

In 2017, Dean joined BrightEdge as a Customer Support Analyst, where they initially worked in a dual role as both a Customer Support Analyst and a Senior Customer Support Analyst until April 2021. Dean was then promoted to a Team Lead position and held this role until October 2022. Currently, they serve as the Manager of Customer Support at BrightEdge.

Dean M. completed their education with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business Studies with Marketing from the University of East London, from 2001 to 2005. Prior to that, they pursued Business Studies at Epping Forest College, where they completed their GNVQ Advanced degree between 1999 and 2001. Dean M.'s earlier education took place at Rushcroft High School, where they obtained 6 A-C GCSE's including English and Maths, from 1994 to 1999. Additionally, Dean M. holds a certification as a BrightEdge Certified Professional from BrightEdge.
