Olivia Young

Olivia Young has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Olivia is currently employed at BrightEdge as an Enterprise Strategic Account Manager. Prior to this role, they worked at OnShift as an Account Manager from April 2019 to December 2021, and as a Customer Success Associate from March 2018 to April 2019.

Before joining OnShift, Olivia held positions at Brandmuscle, where they served as an Account Executive from July 2016 to March 2018, and as a Social Intranet and Corporate Communications Intern from October 2015 to July 2016.

Olivia also gained experience at Clear Vision Communications, Incorporated as a Lead Account Executive from June 2015 to August 2015.

Additionally, they worked at Primozz Restaurant and Pizzeria as an Assistant Manager from July 2010 to May 2015, and as an Intern at Dr. Felix Gen Orthodontics from December 2010 to August 2011. Olivia's earliest experience was as a Line Server/Cashier at Qdoba Restaurant Corporation from July 2010 to May 2011.

Olivia Young earned their Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations from Kent State University, where they attended from 2011 to 2016. Prior to that, they graduated from Mayfield High School in 2011. In January 2016, Olivia obtained a certification in the Collaborative Institutional Training Initiative (CITI Program).
