Magaly Solis has a diverse work experience spanning multiple organizations and roles. Magaly worked as a Senior Program Manager at Brighter Bites, where they oversaw the implementation of the program across 30 elementary schools in the Dallas area. In this role, they recruited new campuses, interviewed school administration teams, and monitored key performance indicators to assess overall performance. Prior to this, they served as a Program Manager at Brighter Bites, coordinating scheduling, logistics, and operations with transportation teams and relaying produce availability to the warehouse team. During the program's application cycle, they presented a program overview to potential new schools and conducted interviews with administration teams for selection. Magaly also worked as a Program Coordinator at Brighter Bites, where they went to different sites once a week and worked with parent volunteers to distribute 30 pounds of fresh produce to families. Before joining Brighter Bites, they were an AVID Tutor at Austin Independent School District and a Student Caller at RuffaloCODY.

Magaly Solis attended The University of Texas at Austin from 2011 to 2015, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Public Health. In July 2014, they also obtained a Texas Business Foundations Summer Institute Certificate from The University of Texas at Austin.
