William W. currently serves as President at Brightergy, having joined the company in July 2023. Prior to this role, William held the position of Securities Attorney at MLG from March 2022 to July 2023, specializing in private equity, real estate, and alternative investment funds. William's legal career includes serving as an Assistant Attorney General at the Missouri Attorney General's Office and various positions throughout law school, including summer clerkships and internships. William obtained a Juris Doctor from BYU Law School and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Missouri-Kansas City, along with an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from Utah Valley University.
