Jessica Soare has a diverse range of work experience. Jessica most recently worked at BrightFarms, starting in June 2020 as a Senior Marketing Manager and then progressing to Director of Marketing in September 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Director of Marketing, which they assumed in March 2023.
Before joining BrightFarms, Jessica had various roles at Diageo. From November 2016 to June 2018, they served as the Brand Manager for Captain Morgan, where they implemented strategic growth drivers and managed experiential platforms. Prior to that, from February 2015 to October 2016, they worked as the Brand Manager for Incubator Brands, focusing on establishing new brands and formulating growth strategies. Additionally, Jessica had an earlier role as a Public Relations Intern/Freelancer at K Public Relations, LLC from June 2009 to July 2010, where they crafted press releases and marketing strategies for lifestyle and hospitality brands.

Jessica Soare completed their education at various institutions over the years. In 2006, they attended Cornell University, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Hotel Administration in 2010. During their time at Cornell, they also had the opportunity to study International Business & Culture at the Universidad Pablo de Olavide in 2009. In 2017, Jessica enrolled in the Dr. Sears Wellness Institute, where they pursued a certification as a Health Coach, specializing in Health and Wellness. Finally, from 2018 to 2020, they attended the NYU Stern School of Business, where they earned their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.
