Philip McElroy

Philip McElroy currently serves as the Director of Trade Development at BrightFarms since August 2023. Previously, Philip held the position of Senior Manager, Trade & Business Development at Impossible Foods from January 2021 to August 2023. As a Co-Founder of Kenwood Provisions in 2020, Philip contributed to a business focused on small-batch candles and homestead supplies. Philip's extensive tenure at General Mills, spanning from June 2010 to December 2020, included roles such as Senior Development Manager, Product Sales Manager, and Trade Planning Manager, where responsibilities involved trade budget management, cross-functional collaboration, and business development for major brands. Education was obtained from Saint Joseph's University from 2007 to 2011.
