Jame Sloan

Jame Sloan is an accomplished risk management and advisory professional with extensive experience in multiple leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as an advisor at Cenerus and as Executive Director of the Innovation Lab at MainStreet Bank, Sloan is also the founder of METTLEJEM LLC, which provides multifaceted risk advisory services. Previously held the position of Chief Risk Officer at BrightFi, overseeing risk management to support business strategy and regulatory compliance. As Managing Director at Promontory Financial Group, Jame drove significant revenue growth and contributed to major regulatory remediation strategies for large financial institutions. With a strong foundation in compliance and risk governance from the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, Jame has a proven track record in implementing effective risk frameworks and leading talent management initiatives. Sloan holds a BS in Finance from Northern Illinois University and an MBA in Strategy and Organizational Behavior from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
