Leslie Marsh, SPHR, CCWP

Leslie Marsh is an experienced professional with a strong background in workforce program strategy and automation. Currently serving as a Portfolio Director at Brightfield, Leslie oversees a portfolio of accounts and is responsible for designing and executing SAAS enablement and account-specific service plans. Leslie's role includes demonstrating value and identifying account expansion opportunities, as well as providing advisory services for operating models, sourcing, and cost management strategies. Leslie also has experience in data analytics and workforce planning as a Senior Associate and Advisor at Brightfield.

Prior to Brightfield, Leslie worked as a Project Manager at Randstad Sourceright, where they resolved global workforce initiatives in the healthcare and consumer products industries. They were responsible for creating technology-centered solutions, establishing global KPIs, and implementing Statement of Work frameworks for managing external worker populations.

Leslie also has experience at HireTalent as a Procurement Strategist, where they focused on solutions creation and strengthening client partnerships. They managed RFI and RFP bid proposals for new client development opportunities.

Leslie Marsh, SPHR, CCWP has a Master of Science degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Minnesota State University Moorhead. Additionally, Leslie has obtained a certification as a CCWP Statement of Work Expert from the Staffing Industry Analysts.
