Andrew Schwartz Crane has a diverse work experience spanning over 24 years. Andrew began their career at Watson Wyatt as a Systems Consultant, where they contributed to the design and implementation of a pension administration system for IBM. Andrew then joined Charlton Consulting Group as a Consultant, where they designed and implemented various compensation and pension administration systems for clients such as INTELSAT and the Washington Metropolitan Transit Authority.

In 2005, Andrew joined Aptify as a Manager of Consulting Services, where they managed enterprise-level AMS implementations and supervised consulting staff. Andrew also served as the lead business analyst and conducted requirements confirmation meetings.

After leaving Aptify in 2009, Andrew founded their own company called Future Value Consulting (FVC). As the CEO, they opened a physical office and hired remote employees to work with clients across North America, Europe, and Australia, providing Association Management System (AMS) implementation services.

In 2018, Andrew's company FVC was acquired by PerByte, Inc, and they became the Vice President of Client Engagement. Andrew integrated FVC's project methodology into PerByte's business model and led client relationship building at a strategic level. Andrew also promoted and sold PerByte's association technology products and services.

Prior to their current role, Andrew served as the Chief Operating Officer at Blue Cypress, where they led the senior leadership team in strategic initiatives and annual planning activities. Andrew also acted as a strategic advisor to startup and growth-minded companies.

Andrew's most recent work experience is at Brightfind, where they currently hold the position of Chief Operating Officer.

Andrew Schwartz Crane, CMA, has a diverse education history. From 1993 to 1997, they attended Ithaca College, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree. During their time at Ithaca College, Andrew studied Computer Science, Music, and French. In 1999, they pursued Graduate Coursework in Management Information Systems at The George Washington University, which they completed in 2000.

Seeking further education, Andrew attended Northern Virginia Community College from 2009 to 2012, where they obtained a Certificate in Science with a focus on Accounting.

In addition to their academic achievements, Andrew obtained the Certified Management Accountant certification from the IMA | Institute of Management Accountants in August 2013.
