Theodore Chestnut

Theodore Chestnut has been working in the professional world since 2006. Theodore began their career at Corporate Executive Board as a Research Analyst, then moved to Garten Rothkopf as a Senior Associate and eventually Vice President of Business Development. In 2012, they joined Activate Networks, Inc. as a Strategy and Business Development Associate. In 2013, Theodore started at LinkedIn as a Senior Manager of Insights, and then held the roles of Global Account Manager, Regional Account Manager for Global Accounts, and Senior Relationship Manager. In 2019, Theodore co-founded BrightHire, where they currently serve as the Chief Revenue Officer.

Theodore Chestnut attended Harvard University from 2002 to 2006, graduating with an A.B. in Government. In 2005, they also studied at the University of Burgos. In 2011, they attended Harvard Business School and earned an MBA in Business/Corporate Communications.
