Andrew Means, M.P.P. has a wide range of experience in the social sector, focusing on data and technology. Andrew is the Founder of Good Tech Studio and Big Elephant Studios, where they help social change organizations utilize data and technology for impact. Andrew is also the Co-Founder of BrightHive and The Impact Lab, where they have been instrumental in setting strategy and developing partnerships. Additionally, Andrew has served as Chairman of the Board at EverFree, where they successfully turned around the organization and increased revenues. Andrew is the Founder of Data Analysts for Social Good, the largest network of data professionals in the social sector. Andrew Means, M.P.P. completed their education at two institutions. Andrew obtained a Master's of Public Policy (MPP) degree from the University of Chicago between 2009 and 2011. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from the University of Hartford, where they studied from 2003 to 2007.
In addition to their academic credentials, Andrew has completed several certifications. In March 2022, they received the 15 Commitments of Conscious Leadership Coaching Certification from The Conscious Leadership Group. In December 2012, they obtained the Training of Trainers certification from the Weikert Center for Youth Program Quality, followed by the External Assessor Certification from the same institution in November 2012. Lastly, in August 2012, they completed the Six Sigma Green Belt Training from Motorola Solutions.
