Frank Koppenol

Frank Koppenol is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in digital transformation and cloud strategies. Currently serving as Tribe Lead (Director) for Developer Experience at ANWB, Frank oversees a team of over 65 engineers, driving innovative cloud-native solutions while aligning with broader business objectives. Previous roles include Cloud Strategy Leader at ANWB, Director of Cloud, Infrastructure & Platforms at HEMA, and Senior Technical Advisor at SHIFT22. Frank co-founded Brighting and has a robust background in managing engineering teams and executing high-impact digital strategies across various organizations, including Tele2 Nederland and KPN. Frank holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Computing from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences.
