Marcus Muddell

Marcus Muddell has a diverse work experience in the field of IT. Marcus started their career as a Field Service Engineer at Osborne, providing remote support to branch and remote sites across the UK. Marcus later became a Senior Field Service Engineer, responsible for ensuring the efficiency of IT systems at construction sites and branch offices. Marcus then joined TREK Diagnostic Systems as an IT System Administrator, where they were the sole IT employee supporting 50 users. Marcus managed all IT systems, including hardware, software, and networking. Afterward, they worked at Dell as a System Administrator Sr Advisor, leading a team to support the IT infrastructure for the Stanford Children's Hospital contract. Marcus then worked as an IT Manager at Elma Electronic, responsible for the IT infrastructure, personnel, and operational effectiveness. Currently, they are employed at BrightInsight, where they have held various roles, including IT Manager, Senior IT Manager, and currently, Director of IT and Security Operations. Their experience covers a wide range of responsibilities and sectors, showcasing their expertise in IT management and support.
