Holly Horan

Holly Horan is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Director of HR Compliance at Brightland Homes since April 2014, where responsibilities include ensuring compliance with employment-related policies and procedures in collaboration with senior management. Previously, as the Director of Human Resources at Reliant Rehabilitation from April 2010 to June 2013, Holly played a key role in establishing the HR department for a company without prior HR structure, overseeing HR functions for over 200 facilities across 23 states. Holly holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Chapman University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from The University of Texas at Austin.
