Hugo Hendriks

Hugo Hendriks has a diverse and extensive work experience. Hugo is currently the Director of Services/COO at Brightlands Chemelot Campus since August 2019. Additionally, they are the Chairman of Facilitynet since July 2021. Prior to these roles, they were the Director of the Facility Company at Catharina Ziekenhuis from June 2011 to July 2019, where they were responsible for achieving added value for the hospital. Hugo also held the position of Director of Facility Services and Director of IT Services a.i. at Tilburg University from July 2006 to June 2011. Before that, they served as the Head of Facility Department at Gemeente Wijchen from May 2001 to July 2006. Hugo has also worked as a Senior consultant/interim manager at FMH from March 1999 to May 2001 and as a Facility Manager at Philips from November 1995 to March 1999. Throughout their career, Hugo Hendriks has demonstrated leadership and expertise in various roles within the facility management and related industries.

Hugo Hendriks has a diverse education history, with degrees and certifications in various fields. Hugo started their education journey by obtaining a HAVO diploma from Jacob Roelands Lyceum in 1984. Following this, they pursued a degree in Mechanical Engineering and completed a HTS Werktuigbouwkunde program at Fontys Hogescholen in 1988. Hugo furthered their studies at Eindhoven University of Technology, where they obtained an ir degree in Mechanical Engineering from 1990 to 1993. In 2005, Hugo Hendriks earned an MBA in Public Governance from Nyenrode Business University. Additionally, they have obtained multiple certifications throughout their career, including a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification from The Lean Six Sigma Company in 2018, and various management and organizational certifications.
