Alyssa Rodriguez

Alyssa Rodriguez is an experienced professional in learning and development, currently serving as the Learning and Development Manager at Brightline Trains since April 2023. Prior to this role, Alyssa worked as a Learning and Development Specialist at Perry Ellis International from September 2022 to April 2023. Alyssa also held the position of Learning and Development Leader at KIPP Miami from July 2020 to June 2022 and served as a Learning and Development Manager at Teach For America between June 2017 and July 2020. Additionally, Alyssa was a Learning and Development Specialist with Miami-Dade County Public Schools from August 2015 to June 2020. Alyssa holds a Master of Science degree in Health Services Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Biology from the University of Central Florida.
