Garrett McCreery

Garrett McCreery has an extensive work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Garrett most recently worked at Brightline Trains as the VP of Agile Project Management Office starting in 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of Sr. Director of APMO and Internal Process at Deliverse Consulting, LLC from 2022.

Before that, they worked at Travel + Leisure Co. as the Sr Manager of Process Development and Optimization from 2018 to 2022. Prior to that, at Walt Disney World, they held various managerial positions, including Manager of Service Optimization and Automation Engineering from 2017 to 2022, Manager of Technology at Walt Disney Parks & Resorts Technology - Platform Tools and Automation from 2016 to 2017, and Manager of Technology - Reliability Engineering from 2014 to 2016.

Garrett McCreery also worked at Disney Parks & Resorts Digital, where they held the positions of Lead Web Producer - MDX Level 2 Support from 2013 to 2014, Lead Web Producer for Disney Cruise Line from 2012 to 2013, and Site Producer from 2010 to 2012.

Prior to their tenure at Disney, they worked at IBM as Manager of Software Development from 2008 to 2010 and Senior IT Specialist from 2001 to 2008.

Their career started at Atlanta Casualty Insurance as a Developer Trainee in 1996, and they later worked at The Hartford as a Software Developer/Webmaster from 1997 to 2001.

Garrett McCreery pursued their education from 1991 to 1996 at Georgia Southern University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration with a focus on the Management of Information Systems. In addition to their formal education, Garrett McCreery also earned two certifications throughout their career. In 2013, they became a Certified Scrum Master from the Scrum Alliance, and in May 2022, they achieved the Community Leader certification from Atlassian Community.
