Carole Sanders

Carole Sanders, PE, is an experienced construction management professional with a strong background in transportation projects. Currently serving as Deputy Construction Manager for Brightline West Trains since November 2020, Carole previously held roles such as Client Program Manager and Operations Leader at Arcadis. With extensive leadership experience as Director of Transportation Construction Management at Harris & Associates and Area Manager at CALTROP, Carole has managed multiple projects across Riverside and San Bernardino Counties. Carole's career began at AECOM/LAN Engineering as a Senior Construction Manager. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Howard University and a Master of Science in Transportation Management from San Jose State University.
