Heather Scalchi

Heather Scalchi has a diverse work experience in the field of education and behavioral health. In their most recent role as a Behavioral Health Coach at Brightline, they provide support and guidance to individuals in need. Prior to that, they worked as a Behavior Analyst at Bergen County Special Services, where they collaborated with schools to develop and implement strategies for classroom management, behavior plans, staff training, and social skills lessons. Heather also served as a Special Education Teacher at Chapel Hill Academy, where they taught various subjects and created curriculum for students with special needs. Additionally, they worked as an Instructor at Bergen Community College, designing and presenting courses focused on autism and instructional skills.
