Brian C. Peartree

Brian C. Peartree currently serves as the Director of Real Estate Acquisitions at Royal Oak Realty Trust since March 2021. Brian C.'s extensive experience in emergency services includes a long tenure at Brighton Fire Department, where responsibilities have encompassed incident management, strategic planning, and personnel management, along with past roles including Past Chief and Deputy Chief. Additionally, Brian has held managerial positions in corporate real estate, notably at Paychex and EarthLink Holdings Corp., overseeing large property portfolios and facility teams. During the 2013 PGA Championship, Brian co-chaired the Marshal Committee, ensuring safety for over 500 volunteers. Brian holds a BS in Management from St. John Fisher University.
