Tom Bilton

Tom Bilton has accumulated extensive experience in groundsmanship, currently serving as Deputy Head Groundsperson at Brighton & Hove Albion Football Club since June 2014. Prior to this role, Tom held positions as Senior Groundsperson and Groundsperson at the same club, demonstrating a progressive career trajectory in sports turf management. Earlier experience includes serving as Head Groundsperson for The Landscape Group from March 2013 to June 2014 and working as a Groundsperson at Wyevale Grounds Maintenance from September 2009 to March 2013, along with a role as Horticulturist at Saxon Plants from September 2006 to August 2008. Tom's education includes a Level 3 Technical Diploma in Turf Surface Management, earned through the Grounds Management Association from 2018 to 2020.
