AJ Magsaysay

AJ Magsaysay has held various roles in the professional world since 2010. In 2010, AJ worked as a Team Member/Cashier at Arby's Restaurant Group, Inc. In 2011, AJ began working at Indiana University Bloomington as a Technology Support Specialist, Student Technology Center Operations Team Member, Technology Center Consultant Supervisor, and Student Supervisor for Residential Programs and Services. In 2016, AJ started working at The University of Texas at Austin as a Service Desk Representative and at Nehmedia, Inc. as a Pet Resort Project Manager and Customer and Product Support Specialist. In 2018, AJ began working at Brightpearl by Sage as a Product Operations Manager, Operations Project Manager, Senior Implementation Project Manager, and Implementation Project Manager. AJ also worked at GoRead as a Marketing Project Manager. AJ's roles have included taking orders and managing the drawer, providing excellent customer service, developing and implementing marketing strategies, developing, enhancing, documenting, and enforcing processes, second level triage for feature requests, documenting requirements, mocking basic solution designs, creating use cases and user stories, working with product management teams to user acceptance test functionality, and facilitating user acceptance tests.

AJ Magsaysay obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Certificate in Business Foundations from Indiana University Bloomington between 2010 and 2014. In addition, they have obtained several certifications, including Scrum Fundamentals from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile;Download Free Scrum Body of Knowledge(381 pages) in July 2018, Google Analytics from Google in February 2017, and a Dell Desktop Certificate from Dell in August 2015.
