Hwe Pang began their career in 2002 as a Sales Executive at ExecuTrain. In 2006, they moved to Maximise IT Solutions Ltd as a Sales Manager. In 2008, they changed roles to become a South West Sales Manager at Merida Bicycles Ltd. In 2011, they joined Brightpearl as an Account Manager, eventually becoming the Head of UK Customer Success.

Hwe Pang attended the University of the West of England from 1999 to 2002.
