Liz Brown has extensive experience in leadership roles focused on customer satisfaction and operational management across various organizations. Currently serving as the VP of Customer Satisfaction at Brightree, Liz previously held the position of Chief Operating Officer at S2Verify, LLC, and has also contributed to Lexis Nexis Screening Solutions as VP of Customer Satisfaction and VP of Client Satisfaction. In addition, Liz served as Managing Director of Technology and Operations at StillPoint Advisors, Inc., and held the role of Vice President of Customer Support, Hosting Services, and Professional Services at S1 Corporation. Liz is an alumnus of The University of Georgia.
