Shane Griffee

Shane Griffee currently serves as Chief of Staff to the COO at Brightseed, a position held since July 2023, after transitioning from roles including Manager of Business Development Strategy and MBA Intern in the same company. Prior experience includes an MBA Investment Internship at the Sustainable Local Food Investment Group, and a tenure at Deloitte Consulting where Shane advanced from Business Analyst to Senior Consultant from 2016 to 2021. Earlier roles involved student leadership at the Roberts Environmental Center and a Summer Analyst position with Equilibrium. Shane began a professional journey with an internship at BioResource Consultants, Inc. Shane holds an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and International Relations with Honors from Claremont McKenna College.
