Richie McMahon

Richie McMahon has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Richie currently serves as the Head Of Innovation at Bright since October 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Surf Accounts from December 2010 to March 2022, where they held the position of CTO and Co-Founder. At Surf Accounts, Richie played a crucial role in developing a cloud accounting package for contractors and small to medium-sized businesses. Preceding Surf Accounts, they worked at Relate Software as the R&D Director and Co-Founder from January 2002 to March 2022. Relate Software specializes in developing solutions for the accountancy profession and is recognized as one of Ireland's fastest-growing technology companies. Richie's work experience also includes a role as R&D Manager at Sage from 2000 to 2002 and as R&D Director at Apex Software from 1988 to 2000.
