Wendy Stapleton, MSA, PMP

Wendy Stapleton, MSA, PMP has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Wendy is currently serving as the Head of Client Success at Brightside Health and as a Member at Gain Grow Retain, both from March 2022. Prior to their current roles, they worked at The Viability Company as the Principal and Program Lead for Provider Network Development and Management from February 2017 to March 2022. Wendy also owned and served as an Executive Managed Care Consultant at Provider Network Solutions, where they specialized in strategic consulting services, project management, network development, and contracting services.

Before their time at Provider Network Solutions, Wendy held various positions at APS Healthcare, a subsidiary of Universal American. Wendy worked as the Network Director for Behavioral Health from August 2001 to November 2007 and as a Network Development Consultant from May 2000 to July 2001. Additionally, Wendy gained experience as a Managed Care Specialist at Cape Fear Valley Health System from August 1996 to February 2000.

Wendy Stapleton, MSA, PMP, holds a Master's degree in Health Services Administration from Central Michigan University, which they completed in 2005. Prior to this, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from The University of Virginia's College at Wise. In addition to their educational background, they also hold certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute.
