Mohamed Ezzat's work experience includes their current role as a Perception Engineer at Brightskies, where they are responsible for building a perception module for L3/4 autonomous vehicles. In this role, they are involved in developing a 3D lanes detection algorithm using lidar and camera sensors, as well as a sensors fusion algorithm for 3D object detection using multiple cameras, lidar, and radars.
Before joining Brightskies, Mohamed worked at M.I.A. Robotics, where they held multiple roles. Mohamed served as the Software Team Head from July 2020 to May 2021. Prior to that, they were the Electrical Team Leader from August 2019 to June 2020 and an Electrical Team Member from August 2018 to September 2019.
Additionally, Mohamed has experience as a Perception Intern at Autotronics Research Lab ARL from August 2020 to December 2020.
From 2016 to 2021, Mohamed Ezzat attended Alexandria University, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering.
