Ziv Zorer

Ziv Zorer has over 20 years of work experience. Ziv started their career as a Net Work design team leader at Golden Channels TV Company, where they were responsible for developing the cables infrastructure. Ziv then worked at Kav Financy LTD as a Quality Engineer, providing advising services on ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards and leading certification for companies.

After that, Ziv worked at Rono Polidan as a Quality Manager, leading a team of five Quality engineers and implementing quality assurance activities. Ziv then joined Applied Materials as a Senior Quality Engineer, where they implemented ISO 9001&14001 standards, conducted audits, and trained employees.

Ziv then moved to RiT Technologies as a Quality Manager, overseeing quality assurance activities from design to production and leading the quality assurance team. Most recently, they worked at BrightSource Energy Inc. as a Production & Suppliers Quality Manager. In this role, they managed the mass production of BSE products and oversaw the supply chain for major CSP projects in the USA and Israel. Ziv was responsible for global sourcing, quality certification, and establishing production lines. Ziv managed strategic suppliers and ensured the production phases and NPI process were on schedule.

Ziv Zorer earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from The Open University of Israel, completing the program from 2004 to 2007. Prior to that, they attended Administration Collage from 1998 to 2000, where they obtained a Practical Electronic Engineer degree with a focus on Electrical and Electronics Engineering. In addition, Ziv Zorer pursued further education in areas related to auditing and management systems. Ziv studied at IQC Institute to become an Auditor for ISO 14001 standard "Environmental Management" and also took a "Lead Auditor" course for ISO 9001 at the Standards Institution of Israel (SII).
